About Us

Adventuresome spirits and a desire to stay healthy through a strict regiment of playing brought us together here in Crested Butte. The Bed & Breakfast is the perfect way for us to share our love for the area. Chris enjoys cooking, home brewing beer, downhill & backcountry skiing, hiking, road & mountain biking, and just about any excuse to get out and explore the mountains surrounding us. Mollie is a road biker, hiker, beginning mountain biker and skier. We both love food and consider it part of our job to know the best restaurants in town to send our guests.
 
The Bed & Breakfast started off as the mining office for Crested Butte built in 1927. After the mining was shut down it was renovated into a B&B in 1976. We are the fourth owners having purchased it in 2003 at which time we did a complete renovation. While keeping much of its historic charms, we updated its amenities to create what we believe to be the perfect mountain retreat for those coming to play in Crested Butte.
